This is a wonderful piece of artwork. Nicely done.

Interestingly enough, it's showing that my TDEE is rising despite losing weight. I think this might be because I have been slowly trying to shore up my logging and be more accurate. So I'm logging the same calories but in reality eating less so it appears that my TDEE is going up. Guess that makes sense. Gotta have accurate data to have accurate results.

Let me know what is the problem - and I'll try to address it. It was developed on Excel 2010 and requires that you have a Internet Explorer on your machine - not sure it will work on a Mac.

And thanks all for the positive feedback. Glad it is useful!

I have Excel 2007 and IE. PC based. If I try to pull in the calories, it populates all the dates, but doesn't pull back any other data. If I try to pull the weights, it doesn't do anything. No error message.

I have Safari, Firefox and Chrome on the Mac. Guess it won't work, then? And I don't want to fire up the Windoze VM either. hmmmm

    Looks awesome :drinker:

Sadly, I only have the starter edition of excel and as such I can't make use of this awesomeness.

Same here. Calorie/macro data is fine, but it won't pull my weight data.
