Hey everyone! I need some suggestions on how to burn 100 calories inside my own home. It's raining its butt off outside so I cant go for a walk or jogging. If it makes any difference, I'm 5'4, 125 pounds.

Not sure on how much you burn but circuit training: 30 jumping jacks, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 30 sec wall sit, 10 burpees, then a 30 second rest. Do that about 3-5 times.0

Go to Sworkit.com (Get the phone app if you want to tie it to your MFP account), pick a type of workout, pick a length of time. And go!
On a regular basis when i have been sitting in front of the computer for to long I set my Bodymedia to tell me when I hit 100 cals, jump up and start doing weird random cardio, running in place, pretending I am jumping rope, body weight squats, planks, push ups, burpees, jumping jacks, fast feet, lunges, jumping side to side, whatever. Normally takes me about 8-10 minutes to burn 100 cals.
If you don't want to do it all in one shot, do your quickie workout during 2 sets of commercials.0 -
