Go to Sworkit.com (Get the phone app if you want to tie it to your MFP account), pick a type of workout, pick a length of time. And go!
On a regular basis when i have been sitting in front of the computer for to long I set my Bodymedia to tell me when I hit 100 cals, jump up and start doing weird random cardio, running in place, pretending I am jumping rope, body weight squats, planks, push ups, burpees, jumping jacks, fast feet, lunges, jumping side to side, whatever. Normally takes me about 8-10 minutes to burn 100 cals.
If you don't want to do it all in one shot, do your quickie workout during 2 sets of commercials.0 -
-squats

Jumping Jacks.
Burpees.
Either or combo of both will burn 100 calories in about 15 minutes or less.

Turn up the music and dance around like a fool or jump rope!
Dancing like a fool to high energy music is always advisable. It's a wonderful full-body cardio session.:glasses:0 -
giggling at the water fast threads has helped me drop weight.
It's just water weight...doesn't count.0 -
