we use almond mild, eggs, pumpkin puree and truvia. very low carb, low cal and it tastes great. I just have to figure out how to make a pie crust our of whipped cauliflower. they say it can be done.0

Wow, this looks delicious. Sadly I'm a bit lactose intolerant.
So, this leads me a question. Is the cheese absolutely necessary or can I go without it? Will it impact the ending result a bit, or is it an ingredient that you can go without?0 -
is pumpkin puree stuff you buy in a can? never seen it here in Aus, and I prefer the fresh stuff anyway! May try this with fresh pumpkin which I steam/boil and puree0
