Forget them, isn't binge eating how many people ended up on this site in the first place!

How is eating the rest of your allotted calories binging? Silly.

Ohmigosh I *wish* I ever was in this scenario. Generally I've used up all my calories by 9:30. But if I could eat anything with 750 calories and I wasn't hungry for a meal, I would ideally want a couple cookies, or a cannoli, or you know, something terrible for me that I don't eat anymore. If I was still eating clean, I'd probably get some White Chocolate PB & Co Natural Peanut Butter an dhave a field day with that, maybe a couple bananas, too. Who knows!

  • This.

I bet these guys are a lot of fun to hang out with.

Um no. Nothing wrong with using up the calories allotted to you. Binge eating is when you can't control yourself, go OVER your maintenance level - all the time - therefore getting fatter in the process. :flowerforyou:
Absolutely, it has nothing to do with binge eating. Once you hit your macro/micro/fiber goals, any discretionary calories earned from exercise or otherwise can (and should in my opinion) be used on foods you enjoy. I eat back most of my exercise calories everyday and enjoy an abundance of ice cream and related desserts and treats. :drinker: That is was has kept me on track and successful this time.

I went to bed at 9 pm, and in general, if I don't eat them by like 7 pm, I don't eat them. I am sure I eat over when I estimate at restaurants occasionally.

When this happens to me, it is because I created a deficit hiking for several hours. I would be falling into bed exhausted, not eating anything else. Sometime around 8 pm though, I would have eaten yogurt and an apple so that I don't wake up hungry...
  • haha I WISH! But if I could, I'd probably have a big pb2 chocolate sandwich and a nice glass of milk :D
  • Oreos dipped in pb yum yum yum

That's what I thought... but then I felt guilty for all the fat cause I would have gone about 30 g over :D
So i added some couscous to my dinner and had some bread with chocolate philly and only a small ice cream...

I hate how good I am sometimes...

if you don't want anything else, then go to bed with a empty stomach? you don't have to eat if you don't want too, even if MFP screams its *kitten* off at you for it.

If you do want to eat though, eat what you want....you earned it!

Since we're talking about a hypothetical situation that'll never happen to me, I'll have 3 pizzas, 15 pancakes, 6 beers and 2 glasses of wine to top it off. To hell with only 750 calories.

Today, as of half an hour ago (8.30PM), I had 720 calories remaining. I have had 2 slices of peanut butter on toast with a cup of tea (god, I know how to live lol).
  • A couple capt and diets and chicken parm lol!

Probably nothing or I would have bread with jam.

I'd probably have a nutella sandwich or some ice cream or a few of those mini pies I keep in the freezer for days when I have enough calories for them (tiny and 160 calories... I've only had two in 2 months because of that. But they're delicious).

If I wasn't totally lazy I'd go to cheesecake factory and take one of their 750 calories cheesecake pieces though. Maybe the plain one with strawberries or something.

Yes, but if you have calories left over, and are genuinely not hungry, then there's not much point in eating just because you can.
