That's what I thought... but then I felt guilty for all the fat cause I would have gone about 30 g over
So i added some couscous to my dinner and had some bread with chocolate philly and only a small ice cream...

if you don't want anything else, then go to bed with a empty stomach? you don't have to eat if you don't want too, even if MFP screams its *kitten* off at you for it.

Since we're talking about a hypothetical situation that'll never happen to me, I'll have 3 pizzas, 15 pancakes, 6 beers and 2 glasses of wine to top it off. To hell with only 750 calories.0

it's 9:30pm? i don't eat.. i usually don't eat the calories i burned anyway... i am lucky now that i am under my goal weight so i am just maintaining. alot of work but i'm finally there.0

I'd probably have a nutella sandwich or some ice cream or a few of those mini pies I keep in the freezer for days when I have enough calories for them (tiny and 160 calories... I've only had two in 2 months because of that. But they're delicious).
If I wasn't totally lazy I'd go to cheesecake factory and take one of their 750 calories cheesecake pieces though. Maybe the plain one with strawberries or something.0 -

Um no. Nothing wrong with using up the calories allotted to you. Binge eating is when you can't control yourself, go OVER your maintenance level - all the time - therefore getting fatter in the process. :flowerforyou:
Yes, but if you have calories left over, and are genuinely not hungry, then there's not much point in eating just because you can.0 -
