I eat at a set schedule on days I am at work, but only because I am OCD like that.

    5:30-6:00 AM - Breakfast
    9:00 AM - Snack
    11:00-12:00 - Lunch
    2:00 PM - Snack
4:30-5:00 PM - Simple carb snack if running
7:00 PM - Protein shake if lifting
(Work days I usually don't usually eat dinner since I get home later and need to get things prepared for the next morning for work.)

On days I don't work then I don't have a set schedule...but dinner is usually around the same time (5-6 PM).

    During the work week:
    Breakfast: 7:15a
    Snack: 10:00a
    Lunch: 12:00p
    Snack: 3:30p
    WORKOUT: 6:00p
Dinner: 7:30ish (whenever I'm done cooking)

Sometimes I'll have an ice cream sandwich for dessert or a snack before bed if I'm a little hungry

The weekend depends on what we're doing but it usually ends up being 3 bigger meals.

I pretty much follow your logic but I don't care about eating between certain times. I hate going to bed hungry (can't sleep) so I'll eat something late to avoid that.

I eat whenever I want to eat/whenever I have time to eat.

Usually that ends up being three meals and some snacks.

    Yup. This.

For convenience I have my body on an eating routine. I usually eat breakfast at around 9ish, lunch is at 1ish, and dinner its whenever I get home and make it anywhere from 5-7ish. Eating at relatively the same times every day really helps me with snacking which is one of my problems. But, if I am hungry outside of the times I usually eat I drink 8 ounces of water at least and wait 20 minutes to see if its actually hunger or just wanting to eat because of boredom. If I am still hungry then I will give it a small snack.

On week days I normally eat breakfast at around 8:30 (when I get to the office), lunch at 11:30 or noon, and dinner any time between 7:00 and 10:00 PM (depending on my workout schedule, after work commitments, etc.). I snack in between when I am hungry, but do not have specific "snack times" except for when I get home from work - I generally have something light prior to working out (or cooking dinner).

On weekends, I eat when I am hungry with no specific meal timings, however I do still have three larger meals with snacks interspersed.
