    Google Bulgarian split squats. And like the poster above said, regular squats

    I had to go look this up...this looks killer! Definitely giving this a try on my next workout!

    People have mentioned squats.

    But also: Hip Thrusts, Deadlifts, Glute Kickbacks, Lunges are a just a few other options. Hip Thrusts are very important.
