Thank y'all I love my hair dark as well, my natural is actually a golden brown color but I like this color best.

Congrats to you and like most others you are inspiring to me. Like you I'm trying to stay around 1200 calories I've now added in a few days of exercise a week and I find myself one day a week eating something I normaly wouldn't eat but in moderation. Your post and blogs give me such motivation to keep it up that it does really work and results will come thank you for that. Oh and congrats on your 10 years I'm hitting 3 tomorrow.

I've recently started helping others by making plans for them. I remember how it felt being new to all this and not knowing where to even begin. So I feel like I should help others with the knowledge I've gained over all this.
