please can anyone list me some low calorie soup sachets (under 40 calories if possible) based in UK supermarkets and shops,

    They're not under 40 cals but bachelors doing slim a soups for around 60

    Its a "cup a soup" or soup in a mug. Generally granule formula that's rehydrated when you add water.
