Most recently during my relearning of portion control? An entire container of Liberte Coconut Yogourt which is like what 10% m.f. lol.
Other than that I have no "awareness" thing (zone out) while eating chocolate, cookies, cheesecake, pie, streudels (oh man...the cherry ones with chunky sugar on the top), anything pastry-like...0 -
Bacon. Whole package, gone.
Fresh baked sourdough bread. Entire loaf, gone!
Kraft Mac n Cheese. The whole box. GONE!0 -

Anything salty and crunchy. Doritos, Pringles, Cheetos (well, not so much), things like that. I just don't buy those things anymore. I love popcorn, but I can control myself around it. So that's usually my go-to snack. Also, can't control myself around any nut butters. Yummm!!!! :happy:0

Pizza Goldfish crackers. I can kill off a whole bag in about 10 minutes of watching TV haha! Of course that's how I became overweight to begin with, so I try not to do that anymore haha!
I used to demolish entire bags of Doritos before as well. Portion control was definitely my downfall.0 -
