And I was like "Don't worry honey, I'm on a whole foods diet, so I have to eat the whole pizza!"
And he seemed really skeptical but he just doesn't get it, you know? So I've been stalled for a month, it's just me gaining muscle! I'll be losing in no time. Maybe I should just get a divorce, he's not very supportive.0 -

I don't see the point in trying to lose THAT much wait before one of the biggest binging holidays of the year. lol I personally am fitting my macros as I normally do and will allow myself to eat myself into a coma on thanksgiving then hit the gym a few days later bc I HATE all the people that flood into the gym the day after Thanksgiving....never to return again.0

No but I'm looking to lose the weight forever, not in an unhealthy manner that would likely have me gaining it back as soon as I went back to my old, unmodified way of eating. I'm not a fan of yo yo dieting (been there, done that) but we're all here for different reasons... right?0

It's definitely all muscle that you've gained while simultaneously losing fat, hence the 'stall'.0 -
I am definitely not striving to lose 20 pounds by thanksgiving but you can do your own Internet research and make your own decision on if this is a reasonable and healthy goal.

High Fructose Corn Syrup is made from corn, so it's technically a vegetable and your body knows the difference between the toxic sugar and the High Fructose Corn Syrup. It's natural.0
