    WOW I have Lost an average fashion model, now to just look like one would be nice. But no surgeries for me I will work with what god gave me.

    I've lost 33 pounds = a cinder block

    And I'm shooting for 55 pounds = a 5000 BTU air conditioner :noway:

    I can't believe that's what I've been carrying around. My poor body.....

    I've lost a little more than a sperm whale's brain but hoping to lose a cinder block.
    Right now I weigh as much as the amount of refined sugar an avg. american eats in a year… by the end of all this I'd like to be closer to the amount of trash you throw away in a month --- which would be nice because when I started this journey I weighed more than the complete Oxford English Dictionary!!!

    GREAT LIST!!

    To clarify I've lost 17 # but hope to lose 30 something. I weight 140 now but want to be 120 ish and when I started I was 157/58.

    I am now on the brink of losing the amount of cheese americans eat per year .,.. I can say I contribute to that amount. I lurves mah cheesy snacks! (low fat/low sodium of course!)
