    23 pounds = amount of pizza an average American eats in a year. I actually think I've consumed that much pizza and MORE in a year, but it's all going away now baby!!

    I'm down the amount of red meat the average American eats in a year... I want to say gross but I totally had steak for dinner tonight. I'm 6 pounds from my newest goal and at that point I will have lost an entire supermodel. I say good riddence. She's clingy, needy, *****y and severly underweight. We are almost the same height afterall...
