    I am a Collection Officer for a Credit Union. I handle not only calling people, but also going to homes of members who are not as willing or able to repay. I do handle repo work as well in my area when I can. Its a far cry from my degree in Criminal Justice, but, I still am able to use my knowledge to defuse arguments and get people to understand the situation and provide a path to get back on track.....cause its either that, or I have to take things away.
