So, I fell out a second-story window this morning and landed on my leg. There's a bone sticking out funny, but I'm not sure if it's broken or just bruised. I mean, it hurts, but whatever.

Do you all think I should rest it or just suck it up and go do some squats?

Sounds like you need to go do leg day. Squats, lunges, deadlifts. You have to work through that pain!

Can you push the bone back in and tape it up? I'm pretty sure gym etiquette frowns on leaving pools of blood behind.

You should go to a dietitian and see if you should go on maintenance while you heal

Meh, just use duct tape you'll be fine.....if you pass out at the gym then maybe, but I'd see if that happens first.

Are you sure it wasn't your head you landed on?

Nah. I have great balance and coordination, so I know how to fall without hurting myself.

Course not. Doctors are all idiots anyway. Well, except for Dr. Oz.
