So, I fell out a second-story window this morning and landed on my leg. There's a bone sticking out funny, but I'm not sure if it's broken or just bruised. I mean, it hurts, but whatever.
Do you all think I should rest it or just suck it up and go do some squats?
Well id say just wrap it up so the bone doesent get caught on anything and go get your work out done. I mean if it hurts just do pistol squats lol0 -

Bone sticking out? Exercising a broken leg is only going to make it worse. Go to a doctor and make sure it's nothing major and get their opinion on what you should do.0
