We're at Starbucks and I'm buying, what drink are you getting?
Thank you very much but...no. I don't drink Starbucks. Since I drink only plain black coffee I can't drink anything from Starbucks, because their plain coffee is truly awful ( no matter how " Fair Trade " it is ). I think most people don't realize the poor quality of that coffee, because it's usually covered up with all those flavors and additions.
But I really appreciate the thought....jejeje.0 -
This time of year Grande Gingerbread Latte no fat, no whip. I will fit those calories in at least once every week or two, too good to pass up!0
-
Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte pleeeaassse!0

I make my own:
Costco Premium Chocolate RTD protein shake (warmed in the microwave for a minute or 2)
12oz fresh brewed coffee
1-2 TBS sugar free Peppermint Syrup
OMG yum!...no need for Starbucks plus 30g protein and 5g carbs, 165 calories0 -
I just got my reward, so for my free drink I'm getting a large Vanilla Bean Frapp...with whip. Yeah, I know it's half my cals for the day, but it's the one time I ever get something from Starbucks that I really love. Usually, it's just iced coffee with 2% milk and Splenda.0

I prefer Tim Hortons
I am genuinely not trying to sound elitist when I say this, and I have TRIED so many times to like it, but I cannot get past the fact that Tim Hortons coffee taste like cigarettes to me. I still sometimes get it because it's the easiest thing to buy while on the road, but I don't enjoy it. Now their steeped tea on the other hand...that's good stuff!
It also sucks that Tim Hortons refuses to cater to those with dairy intolerances/allergies...I get that they want to keep things simple, but you'd think they would at least offer lactose free milk or something to put in coffee...*shrugs*0 -

And here I was having a hankering for Starbucks, too! I just wore the wrong shoes to work to go for a walk for a couple of blocks to get one. lol
I'll have a tall no-fat cappuccino with a shot of SF vanilla, please and thank you.0 -
Tall Hibiscus Cooler.
Tall Shaken Passion Fruit Tea no syrup
Decaf small whole milk latte
Thanks0 -
I live in Maryland where all chain restaurants MUST put their nutritional info next to their items....so I know without a single sip that a salted mocha or pumpkin latte, any frappacino etc starts at around 250-500 calories. All the baked goods are usually 400+. Total buzz kill. I can only stomach getting a black coffee and I add in half and half.0

Venti iced coffee sugar free vanilla, nonfat milk= 40cals! boom! Tastes amazing.. I add 2 sweet-n-lows but thats just an aqurired taste!0

I know what's in my starbucks drinks and pastries because I've looked them all up on the website. I find ways to adapt my drinks, and I share pastries, and it all fits my goals for the day when I plan for it.0 -
