Depending on the day, I have it set for either 7:45am or 8:45am
7:45am for workout days
8:45 for non.
7:45am for workout days
8:45 for non.

i usually need the weekend one, but i wake up before the weekday alarm by a few minutes. someday i will have a real job like a real adult and not need to work on the weekends at the butt crack of dawn0 -
I love that you guys get up when I go to bed. That's why my life is so easy in terms of getting errands done and not being crowded in the gym. There are perks to having an opposite schedule to the rest of the world.0

I don't set an alarm. Currently on maternity leave so I don't have to get up at a certain time. I guess my alarm is my kids.0

I'm self-employed and can wake up any time I like, but still somehow wake up before 8am each day...0

I am a student with an ever-changing schedule, so the alarm is set for as late as I possibly can wakeup but still leaving enough time for a workout and relaxing breakkie0

I am a night owl and I choose to work evenings, 3-11pm and have no kids, so I have no alarm set, unless I have an appointment or something out of the ordinary. As for working out, that can wait until a decent hour, like noon. :bigsmile:0
