What time do you have your alarm set each morning ?

I am a student with an ever-changing schedule, so the alarm is set for as late as I possibly can wakeup but still leaving enough time for a workout and relaxing breakkie0

5:20am for days I work 7:30a - 4p.
5:45am for days I work 8a - 4:30p.
I won't set it for weekends if possible, though I'm usually up by 7:30a.0 -

5:30 M-F and 8:30 on Sunday. But I usually wake up a few minutes before it goes off. I hate that sound!0

4:40am M W F, so that I can go running before work. On other days I will normally wake up by 5:30am on my own, or earlier if I am having a bout of insomnia.0

Depends on the time of year, depends on the day and it depends on if/where I am working the next day.

I am a night owl and I choose to work evenings, 3-11pm and have no kids, so I have no alarm set, unless I have an appointment or something out of the ordinary. As for working out, that can wait until a decent hour, like noon. :bigsmile:0

Mine's set for 6 AM on work days, even though I live 2 miles from my job and do not have to be there until around 7:50 AM.
And nope, I don't work out or anything...I just like a long, leisurely hot bath and time to sit and relax with a cooked breakfast. I usually wind up doing 10-15 min of "snooze" though on Mondays and Tuesdays...the rest of the week I'm up at six or shortly before the alarm goes off.
On weekends I only set my alarm if my husband & I are going on a mini road trip...we do that at least monthly, and in those cases I usually wake around 7 or 8.0 -

Holy moly, my mom was a SAHM when I was 0-6 and she made sure I stayed up til like 10:30 pm so that we could sleep in until 9 or so. lol0 -

2:30 PM- I work night shift, start at 6pm, so up with enough time to workout!0

5:15am, so I can snooze for 20 min and still make the 6:48am train. 8am on weekends...0
