      MB, even though I've read it before, I LOVE re-reading your story and I truly feel blessed to have you as a friend. You are indeed an inspiration and proof that anything is possible with grit and determination. Your story also shows the true power of exercise to transform a person inside and out.The fact that your disease is better and more manageable as a result of regular exercise is a powerful message to anyone living with chronic pain. Sitting in a recliner rarely makes things better.

      I am so very proud of you! Thanks for taking the time to share your story with the larger MFP community!

      I read the entire thing, through searing tears of joy for you. You are truly a huge inspiration to anyone who's overcome amazing obstacles. I especially empathize on the steroid issue.... I have taken craptons of various steroids for my asthma, and am on them daily. And yet, I fight back, and have even started jogging for the first time ever. Even though I am not good at it, I still go - because I CAN!

I can't thank you all enough for all the love, support and encouragement you've given me! I am in AWE of the kindness you all have shown me, and it just makes tears come to my eyes. I know I don't know any of you, but I love you all just the same.
