    1 lb stew meat, cubed
1 pkg frozen "vegetables for stew" (potato, carrot, onion, etc)
1 can campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 pkg dried mix for beef stew
    1 can beef broth

coat the beef with the packet of dry mix for beef stew (I toss it in a ziplock). Put meat in first, then add everything else to the cooker, cook 9 hours on low, stir and serve. Great the next day, too. A little high in sodium but definitely one of the easiest recipes I've come across. No chopping or special prep.

    Yup, same thing.

I don't eat it, due to the fact that I don't like meat, but I make it for the "guys" and they love it. Have to admit, it does smell really good, too! And it's very tender, sometimes, it's hard going getting the roast out of the pot in 1 piece, because it will break apart.

    Roast (any kind)
    2 cube boullion
    1 cup water
    1 can gravy
1 packet dry onion soup mix
    spices/salt/pepper to your personal preferance

Disolve the boullion in the water. Place roast in the pan, pour the gravy over, the boullion & the onion soup mix (any order). Then add any spices/salt/pep to your liking. Cover & low for 8-10 hours & High for about 4-6 hours. Super simple & they love it!

The juice after can be used as is, or thickened up a bit for a gravy.
