I think I'm either hitting up Freebirds or Chipotle (ZOMg fast food will kill me, and is so UNCLEAN)

I go home for lunch, and I have an avocado in the fridge that looks kind of sketchy. So I will investigate that and if it's all right inside I'll make quick guac and have some chips and veggies with it.

If not, I'll probably toast the 1/2 mini baguette leftover from the weekend and eat that with a salad and some crabmeat.

Leftover sausage and squash shepherd's pie. Way more calories than I'd normall eat for lunch but I got a great workout in and am having a light dinner so it's all good. :) I would highly recommend this recipe by the way. It's a bit labor intensive but soooo good.

chicken breast baked with salsa and cheese on top, grapes, string cheese, and crackers. I feel more full when I have lots of little things to eat  Then an apple for later before my post-work run.
