Kale salad with lime juice, olive oil, half an avocado, sliced cherry tomatoes, and shaved almonds. A few pieces of dark chocolate with hazelnuts and currants for dessert.

Curried Cauliflower Rice with chickpeas (awesome Martha Stewart recipe)
Breakfast was awesome too- everything bagel with whipped cream cheese and lox. Yummo!0 -

I made a salad with romaine lettuce, put some olives and feta cheese in it, and used Opa greek yogurt caesar dressing (60 cals, 4g fat). I also had a cup of progresso light soup.0

Well, my lunch sounds the most boring!! :laugh: A cup of 2% cottage cheese, a tablespoon of honey, and a banana chopped into it. On the side there is half a (natural)peanut butter sandwich on a whole grain sandwich round...for afternoon snack: a protein (30 gr) shake and homemade beef stew tonight :happy:0
