I made this last night and it was really good. 200 calories is appx. The calorie count can/will change depending on what you put on top of your pizza, but 200 is a base (and probably even less if you only use cheese and sauce).

1 - Light Italian Herb Flat Out Wrap
1 - Tablespoon (or so) pizza sauce (I used homemade pizza sauce)
1/4 Cup 2% shredded mozz cheese
Onions
Spinach
Black Olives
Mushrooms
Cooking spray

Spray cookie sheet lightly with cooking spray and place the wrap on the sheet. Bake in the oven on 350 for 7 minutes.
Remove your crust from oven
Top with all of your toppings of choice
Stick it back in the oven for about 15 minutes or until your cheese is melted

Enjoy!

Dude! I make those all the time!! It looks just like the pizzas we make here at home with the Flatouts! I love them! My family prefers them over takeout pizza. We have been making them for a few years now! Too cool!

I was really surprised at how good it tasted. The crust taste just like a thin crust pizza would. For a 90 calorie crust, you just can't beat this!

Where do you find that flat bread? Would Walmart have it?

    Yes, Walmart will have it.
  • I LOVE pizza and this is definitely something I want to give a try! Sounds really yummy and better then plain cheese pizza too! LOL.
  • I live in a part of the city where there are, like, five little dives just on my block that serve greasy pizza the size of the paper plate in your photograph! Each slice has to be a solid 1,200 calories at least. Yours looks much better :)
  • um this looks amazing. and filling too! I want it!
