if you dont want to get bulky muscles like a man, just limit your protein intake to like 20g/day and this will help you maintain that heavenly figure of yours.0 -

Umm, you don't exercise to lose muscle. You have to eat it away. Up your calories to 6000 a day. Preferably of kale.0 -
