Hi!

Can someone please tell me how many reps I should do on the machine in the corner of the gym to reach my goals? How much weight should I use?

    Do i divide 354 pounds by 1 million and use that for each rep?

    the machine youre referring to then is likely a yoga mat or pilates thing.

    if you dont want to get bulky muscles like a man, just limit your protein intake to like 20g/day and this will help you maintain that heavenly figure of yours.

    It has this thing that you use to select weight plates, but everything is black. Does that mean it's for guys only?

    OMG, I've used it for like 2 days last week. That's why my jeans don't fit, i am one of those ladies who build muscle rights away.
    What exercise should i do to lose the muscle I built in my legs in less than a week on 950 net a day?

    Yes, that was definitely for men only. I'm surprised a man didn't come over and tell you that and point you in the direction of the cardio equipment.

    Umm, you don't exercise to lose muscle. You have to eat it away. Up your calories to 6000 a day. Preferably of kale.

    I believe that by "machine" you mean countertop. That is the area reserved for the making of sammiches. You need to use this area until all of the grunting sweaty men are satisfied.
