    I'm sorry. People are really unsupportive in the forums. But you just do whatever you want because if you thought of it, it must be right. And if you don't see results, that's ok--just stick to it. You'll do great! :flowerforyou:

    Definitely! A cleanse would really help me get rid of those stubborn toxins! We can start as soon as I finish my 30 day cauliflower fast.

    Girl, i have some bad news.
    It's been scientifically proven by the "Recipe" section of MFP that cauliflower is the same as cheese, mashed potatoes, pizza, breadsticks, etc. All bad, negative foods. I am surprised you're not gaining weight on this "fast"

    Is there a way to juice the oreo's that you say continue to make you fat? I'm sure that in liquid form all of the bad stuff just disappears.

    There was a discussion about an oreo diet the other day. Even half a pack is 1200 calories. You can still fit it into your calorie allowance.

    OP: It sounds like you're in danger of being too bulky. Follow Sarah's advice and go on the cauliflower cleanse! I did it and lost seven pounds in three days. I gained them all back, but I'm pretty sure it's muscle weight, because I just started a new pilates routine though.

    I find its best just to concentrate on one rep max. So start at the heaviest, and work down til you can do one.
