Girl, i have some bad news.
It's been scientifically proven by the "Recipe" section of MFP that cauliflower is the same as cheese, mashed potatoes, pizza, breadsticks, etc. All bad, negative foods. I am surprised you're not gaining weight on this "fast"0 -

Is there a way to juice the oreo's that you say continue to make you fat? I'm sure that in liquid form all of the bad stuff just disappears.0 -

OP: It sounds like you're in danger of being too bulky. Follow Sarah's advice and go on the cauliflower cleanse! I did it and lost seven pounds in three days. I gained them all back, but I'm pretty sure it's muscle weight, because I just started a new pilates routine though.0 -
I find its best just to concentrate on one rep max. So start at the heaviest, and work down til you can do one.0
