Bit delayed but i just finished my first day of 10 sets of 10 swings with a 8kg kettlebell. I'm gonna keep at it.0

Remember the kettlebell swing is a great exercise, but you need to safely challenge yourself. You are paying a lot for crossfit, get your money's worth! I swing the 20k one handed and the 22k 2 handed.0
