There is no bad food. However, if you want crumbs and prefer to use alternative grains such as oatmeal or quinoa flakes, just bash them to a powder in the food processor first. Both are tasty. And it is nice to mix up your grains. Grits would probably be good too.

No, not unless you have a gluten allergy or sensitivity.

If you're looking for another delicious way to prepare chicken. Check out: http://www.ourbestbites.com/2008/06/spicy-honey-chicken/ (not my website. I just LOVE it). You can skip the honey glaze and cook it in the oven. If you do that, I recommend putting it on a grill so the fat can melt off. I'm cooking impaired but I can always make a great meal from this recipe.

define "bad", panko are tasty. if they don't throw you over on calories for the day, you're fine.

Well people say "Wheat Flour" is a bad carb because it's a simple carb and it will eventually make me gain weight. is that true?

depends on who you ask. i personally, don't subscribe to that theory. for me, it's all in moderation unless it makes me feel yucky. if it does, i don't eat it.
Wheat flour is a complex carb. Fruit is a simple carb, so if you don't want to get fat eat wheat and stay away from fruit, right?
