Hi Everyone,
I've been reading everything I can find on here trying to learn all about Heavy Lifting. I have the book The New Rules of Lifting for Women. I have looked at the Stronglifts 5x5 program , I've read numerous posts about why lifting is good for you and have seen the AMAZING results from all the gorgeous ladies who have posted their pictures on here. I can't do a gym membership right now so tonight I am going to look at some used weights and a bench. This is what he is selling:
Great Condition Weights and Bench Press
Bench Press: Adjustable back bench includes bench bar and curl bar, this machine includes leg lift at front, pull down bar at back, 2 pull in bars beside bench, and also curling area above leg lift
Price: $175
Weights: Includes 2 hand bars
Two 35 Pounds
Two 25 Pounds
Ten 10 pounds and 2 Plastic 10 pounders
Six 5 pounds and 2 Plastic 5 pounders
Six 2 1/2 pounds
Two 1 1/4 pounds
Price: $0.50 per pound. 297.5 pounds total = $148.75
Price reduced to $275 for everything
Is this a good set to start with?? Reasonable price ??
Thanks for your thoughts
