Hi, you should be able to eat a lot more than 1400 to maintain with your current level of activity.
I have been trying to find my maintenance calorie goal for about 6 weeks. I am 44 y/o, 5 ft 4 in, and 115 lbs. I went from 1400 to 1500 and lost; from 1500 to 1700 and lost; then upped to 1900 for the last week and waiting to see what happens! I am currently doing the 30 DS most days, running 2-3 times a week and playing squash once a week.
I used a TDEE calculator (scoobysworkshop.com) which gave me 1926 cals for maintaining my current weight, with 3-5 hours / week of moderate exercise.0
