    I eat one big meal (600-800 calories), a shake (150 calories) and a snack (200-300 calories). All within an hour. Intermittent fasting, and I'm burning fat so quickly. Yay.

    2 to 5... I have my best days when I eat three. I try to eat at least 400 calories for breakfast.. It cuts out the midmorning snack need and helps set the tone for the day. I log everything.

    I eat three square meals a day.... Lunch, Dinner & Dessert.

    I usually eat Lunch right on 2 pm, Dinner 7-8 and finish up with something sweet before 10, so I'm loosely doing a 16:8 type of IF. Occasionally I'm hungry in the morning, so I break it. I snack during that 8 hour window too.

    6-8 meals a day. I only wake up so I can EAT!!! LOL
    I saw a co workers post about me on Facebook. She said I eat like a hungry bear.

    I eat few times a day. Average day- 6am smoothie made of 2 servings whey protien, fresh berries or banana, milk and peanut butter. 8am, 4slices oatmeal bread, bacon, cheese, grilled mushrooms and large glass of fresh fruit juice. 9am pre workout creatine. 930 am workout, sip on whey protien during workout (mon chest shoulders, tue quads calves hamstrings,wed cardio and abs, fri bi's tri's, sat back traps- all muscle groups 3 exercises 3sets 10reps 1 exercise 1 set to failure). 1030am post workout glutamine/whey protein. 1pm white fish/meat, leafy salad greens, cous cous or steamed/jacket potato, cheese, home made dressing, fresh fruit. 4pm red meat, steamed/roast veg, wholewheat pasta/brown rice. 7pm whey protein, creatine, zma, multi vits, fish oil.
