    Why are they called ugly sweaters? i think they are super cute :o

    Awwww... There was a trend not too long ago that Christmas sweaters got super gaudy.
    The sweaters are meant to poke fun at that. :smile:
    oh i see xD i don't think i've ever thought they were ugly because they were all so interesting! haha

    Sometimes it sucks being Australian! It's 40 degrees here today (celcius of course) and wayyyyy too hot for jumpers. Which is a total shame because I have my eye on the Metallica ones and would love to wear them. I will probably just buy them anyway and wear them in July, totally inappropriately! Boo.

    Not attending one this year but my go-to sweater has rows of reindeer doing it like they do on the Discovery Channel.

    so, it turns out that my friend and co-worker does not yet have a sweater and she's going to trust ME to decorate one for her. I was looking for ideas when I came across this atrocity:

    Not wrong, but the eyes are just... Wow!

    Don't forget the zillion jingle bells. I think they add class.

    I think it's ugly, but also tacky.

    Here's the finished sweater. I wanted to do more to the front and add more bows, bells, and beads but I ran out of time. I did WIN
