It has been a long road, and I am still not finished traveling it yet! This is a lifestyle change to stay in shape for the rest of my life!

I have PCOS, Hypothyroidism and Insulin Resistance!

Thru my Dr's care and support of my family, friends and MFP friends, I am making my way down that road to a happier and healthier me!

    Figure I was closer to 200 lbs in the 2008 pics, but I was not going near a scale back then!

    Well done! You are deservedly proud of a great accomplishment.
    Yes, it's a long road but what a ride. This is a lifestyle change for me, too, for as long as I live. I can still remember how pissed I was at myself for getting fat -- again! I swore I'd never let myself go again, but I did. This time it's for life. Thanks for the inspiration!
