    Thank you for posting this. I sent your story to a relative of mine who's husband could really use this inspiration. Last I knew he was over 350 pounds also. Granted he is 6'5", but that is still not a healthy weight.

    You inspire me to do this... I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life and cannot wait to see what this will bring. I have committed to make a change and have been doing it on my own for about 6 months with a 26 pound weight loss. I have found exercise that I am addicted to and now have found MFP and all the wonderful people here!!

    Way to go!!

    Hey thanks everybody.

    No it's not all from P90X. I'll give them credit for a lot, but I stopped about a year ago and have been doing various weight lifting programs on my own.
