What exercises shed the most pounds?

Fork put downs, table pushbacks and seconds-skipping.
They say weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise, and I've found it to be true.
I totally agree! I log everything I eat even if I go over.
When I first started out I did only cardio. What a big mistake! I lost too much muscle and am now working to build.
I work out 5 days a week. I have been focusing on Strength/resistance training. I jog for 20-30 min depending on my time(although my knees have been bothering me so I may go back to the elliptical)0
