    Leg day can mean different things to different people.

    Most commonly "leg day" refers to strength training focused on lower body muscles.

    Squats are probably the most common focus on leg day although there are a large number of possible exercises

    bench, ohp, and curls usually for me because i am resting my legs on that day (leg day)

    Unless you workout at home and your spouse is used to your scent, lol.
