    the day I do the following:
    squats
    leg extension
    leg press
    walking lunges
    1 legged deadlifts
    leg curls
    calf raises

    then hope my legs don't give out as I walk down a flight of steps to the locker room

    Leg day can mean different things to different people.

    Most commonly "leg day" refers to strength training focused on lower body muscles.

    Squats are probably the most common focus on leg day although there are a large number of possible exercises

    Nobody knows exactly. Some say it's real, others consider it a myth. But either way, the general consensus is that it's a corporate fabrication designed by fitness equipment manufacturers to sell more products.

    I'm not buying it though. I cry bull****.
