Freaks Logging Calories Over Christmas

Over but logged
. Guess I'm a freak as well.

Not a freak. Logging. And enjoying myself - plenty of treats, but not to excess.0
-
Oh yeah, definitely logged...no reason to change! As the gym is closed today I'll be there tomorrow morning. It will help me to avoid the mall - my bigger temptation at this point! :bigsmile:0
-
Another freak here! Logged in at 2k over and, because I'm in the UK, I get to do it all over again tomorrow! Hurrah for Boxing Day!
Might go for a wee walk tomorrow though...0 -
Always logging, over 600 days and counting.0

Logged Christmas Eve and will log Christmas day tomorrow or later tonight. But logging doesn't mean I didn't go hog wild; I just like data
(and my data is likely crap, since I've been eating and drinking like someone who drinks and is celebrating with family and friends).

I can be a Freak, I can be a Freak, I can be a Freak, every day of every week!0

Hello. My name is Tara, and I am a freak!0
-
I logged to the best of my ability, but have a feeling I estimated too high, but in the end I don't really care.0
-
Please assure me I'm not alone here.
You are not alone. Logged every morsel. Over by 55 calories.0 -
Logged, went over but didn't stress about it0
-
Logged in AND did my 50 min. circuit training program (with my husband's encouragement & my 6 yr. old joining in).
Let the freak flag fly0 -
That's awesome! I did pretty good. Went over by 18 calories, and I feel great!!!0
-
I'm a proud freak.0

Logged but doubt the accuracy. Just want to stay in the habit of logging. Ate way too stinking much today and I'm feeling physically miserable. But, I know I'll get back on the wagon tomorrow and that's ok.0
-
I logged but I don't consider it being a freak. It's a helpful habit and I like it.0
-
I logged and walked 4+ miles even though I indulged in Chinese food for dinner.....holy sodium! I am still under my daily goal for the day but feel guilty. I must keep reminding myself this is a lifestyle change so I saw no need to skip a day of logging.0
-
I'm logging. Going to be way over, but one day won't kill me.0
-
Reports as ordered.
(ETA yes logging, but not caring about a calorie goal today. It's just nice to be able to include these weeks when doing calculations.)0 -

Same here.
I came in a few under on calories. The holidays are not getting a chance to mess with my progress.0 -
*raises hand* Present and accounted for! I logged. I'm 1000 calories over goal and I've done pretty much nothing today but read, talk on the phone, and play a computer game. Ugly as it is, I now know just how dangerous (and nauseating) it is to have a ginormous chocolate bar in my house!0

Still learning portion reality. Maybe when I reach maintenance in 2 years I can skip logging. Too easy for me to forget and fall into grazing. I suspect I used to graze at a rate of 300 calories per hour. Happy freak0

Logged it all.0

Fellow freak here.0

I am logging... and just like Thanksgiving I am not worrying about it if I go over. I am over some days. I am under others. But week by week I am steady.
Slow but steady ... I am going to keep on losing 1.5 lbs / week. If i don't track, how am I going to up my cardio later in the week to get my week back on track?0 -
I logged, but I ate with my friend's family and I didn't have any idea as to nutrition info so I just used MFP's database and did the best I could! Even if it's off by a couple hundred it's nice to know approximately how much I ate! Fit in an hour on the treadmill too, so I'm feeling pretty good about today.0
-
I just threw a random amount of "quick calories" that I kind of thought would just about cover what I ate over at my parents' house today. Hard as hell to really have a concrete idea of the calories in what she cooks and bakes and it's not like she'll keep track for me, so I try to estimate on the high-end a bit if I can, round up one big number, and throw it into my diary. :P If I'm off, oh well, one day isn't going to kill my diet.0
-
I over ate today, I logged in as much as I could remember. Hopefully, tomorrow I will go back to Curves and start behaving again.0
-
Hurts to see it in red hope it's the kick in the *kitten* I need to get back on track. Good luck to all that did the same0
-
I pre-planned, pre-logged, made adjustments ; all based on my 1690 maintenance calories ( just for the 24th & 25th ) plus exercise calories and did well, including cheeses, treats, dessert and alcohol. Will do the same for New Year.0
