Don't forget to but their special product: BarleyMax! and eat it for every meal.... :grumble:

I do have to add: I'm not a fan of extremely restictive diets, but if a person is very overweight and switched from say, an all fast-food, high calorie diet to a mostly raw vegan diet, they probably would see some pretty rapid weight loss and some health benefits...

What's left to eat? Of course you'll lose weight if you don't eat anything, ever.

What in the ***?! This is just a clever way to promote the cotton ball diet, cause that's all that's left to eat after reading the "Do not eat this" list.

Also, according to this "diet", I should be dead by now.

Those people will probably be hearing the Halleluiah chorus very soon... if you believe in such things.

Looks like they have products and recipes too.

A friend eats "clean" because her husband had a heart attack and the doctor put him on a clean eating diet, and it's just easier for her to follow along. She loves it.

I wouldn't do it because I don't think any foods are good or bad, unless the doctor told me I had to for some health reason.

Right in the first section (beverages) no coffee would be a deal breaker for me.

I firmly believe that if your diet needs a website to explain its conditions and/or benefits, you probably shouldn't be following it.
