I started out with a goal of 135, what I weighed 30 years ago. Then I had my body fat % measured and based on lean body mass, a goal of 150 should give me a BF% within a healthy range for a 59 year old female.

Wow, I must not have very high expectations for myself.

Everyone's goal will be different due to the way they carry weight. For me, I'm 5'7", and my goal weight is 165-170. That's on the high end of normal for a frame of my size. I currently weigh 205, but don't look like I weigh that much because my weight is very evenly distributed. I wear a size 14 jeans. You just have to find what's good for you, personally.
  • I'm 5'5.5" and have a goal weight of about 122-125lbs, which was where I was at before my last child. I have been thinner than that, but I think that is a good weight for me. Hoping to get there by summer!

I'm 5'6" and 135lbs right now, but I'm thinking about dropping my goal weight to 120-125lbs.
What's your goal weight? what feels best?
    :)

185lb for now to be out of the 200s(finally). once I hit there I'll work at the ultimate goal of 155lb.

My original goal was 130 but I really cared more about clothing size and measurements. I hit my clothing size goal at 140 - 145. Still tweaking the measurements. Prefer for my knees sake not to go above 145.
