I don't want to live in a world where cheese, ice cream, bacon, and steak exists but are not in my mouth.

    Good luck with that though.

I would also like to add that if you are not implying that you will be abstaining from these food but rather that you have a devised a system where you are actually able to obtain Dairy, Gluten, and Red Meat products at no cost, then please do tell!

Sounds ALOT like the way I eat. I gave up red meat/swine 18 years ago, and don't miss it a bit. I can substitute most of the dishes I used to make with turkey, chicken, etc. I'm also a HUGE seafood person, sooooooo.....that'll be staying.

More recently, I gave up most dairy, a function of stomach issues I have (related to colitis). I never drank much milk, and have substituted almond milk for my morning bowl of cereal. I'm not a huge cheese fan, but hear that you can use tofu in cooking (can be similar in consistency?).

Cutting back on gluten seemed the most daunting, but really hasn't been that bad so far. Now, note that I haven't gotten rid of it entirely, but I'm not a big bread eater and prefer rice as my starch-of-choice (I must've been Asian in a previous life). My biggest issue has been snack foods....pretzels in particular, but there are quite a few other options out there which are NOT gluten based (I've started going with rice-cakes for calorie minimization, or tortilla chips if I want to splurge).

Let me know if you have any questions, and I'll see what I can do to help you out.....
