workout routine for 2nd shifters?

For anyone who works 2nd shift, could you please tell me what your workout routine is. I recently moved from 1st to 2nd shift and I'm having a hard time trying to diet and exercise. I was doing so well when I was on first but now I just cant find the motivation to exercise before work and I'm more tired than I was on 1st. And also I'm always hungry after work and I know its bad to eat b4 bed so how can I fix that? I really need advice please help

    I went from 1st to 2nd last year for a few months - was doing a large installation and I had to supervise 2nd shift. My routine stayed pretty much the same. There's no magic pill - either you want to do it, or you don't.

    And also I'm always hungry after work and I know its bad to eat b4 bed so how can I fix that? I really need advice please help

    It's fine to eat before bed. Some people will have issues with acid reflux if the eat less than an hour before bed, but not everyone does.
