I did day 3 of T25, Total Body Circuit. I'm thinking I might do something low impact this evening, maybe Jillian's Yoga Meltdown.

Sure - a day off from work means plenty of time to get a workout in. Walk/jogged for 45 minutes (some on the treadmill, some outside because for January it was a pretty decent day for being outside), and did laps in the pool for about 20 minutes--first time doing laps in about 20 years. Also did a little strength training.

Did not get out for a run or to the gym, but I did take down my Christmas tree and then went outside in the backyard to rake so leaves, so I guess those count!

Yep an hour and a half of Zumba on the Wii was going to make it to a class this morning but went out for coffee with a friend and lost track of time, that happens a lot with the two of us.

Yes. Unlike others, my gym opened this morning at 7:00am. I was fortunate enough to get there at 7:30 to walk the treadmill for 45 minutes and rode the bike for 20 minutes. There were plenty of machines available.

I lifted yesterday and will lift tomorrow, but as I was sick last night, I didn't feel up to much but walking for 45 minutes on the treadmill today. But I got off the couch and moved nevertheless.

I did barbell squats, dumbbell squats, planks, and I'm going to do a short walk on the treadmill.

    Did my daily walking today.
The temp was in the mid 50's so it was rather nice. I'm increasing my mileage to five instead of four.
Beside two of the regulars, there were some extra people walking. I was glad to see others out today.

Went out for just under 3 hours on the mountain bike with some local racers... tearing your legs off seems like a good way to start the new year.

Yes! I almost didn't though...but I ran out of excuses. Glad I went. Today was my first time ever lifting, which worked out perfectly because hardly anyone was there so I had plenty of time to see where everything was, work on my form, and figure out my bodyspace app.

I did upper body lifting and 30 min @ 3.0 mph on the treadmill.
