To clarify my reasoning and intent, because my OP was a bit silly:

I've been here for a long time now, by MFP standards. I've seen many people come and go, many of them came onto my FL as new members. Every time one starts on an unsustainable path, falls victim to fads like cleanses, or doesn't log/measure/weigh their food and gets frustrated when they don't progress, or just works themselves so hard that they burn out quickly, it leads them to stop logging and drop off of MFP. It's not what I want to see happen. As a result, I admit, I stopped taking new members onto my FL. In part because of this, and in part because it gets tough to track people when your list gets too big. So, I keep it small.

I've plateaued out (and figured out what the reason was), I've had struggles staying on task, I've been frustrated with how long this process takes and had to remind myself of where I was and where I am now to see progress.

So, what I am offering is an ear and advice for you. If I don't know the answer to your questions, I know people who do and will hunt it out for you. I won't lie to you to make you feel better. But, I may be able to help you in some way to get where you want to go. That's it.
