Tracking calories when sick

This question is kind of weird and a little gross, but here it goes.... If you're sick to the point where you can't keep food down long enough for it have any impact on your diet do you track the calories anyway or consider it a do over?

Just keep fluids down. Sick for a day? I wouldn't enter food in because it's not going to be accurate.

If I'm ill then losing weight is no longer really a concern. In fact, I would probably try to eat maintenance to help my body recover.

When it happened to me I logged a couple things, put that I was sick in my notes, and called it a day.

As the others said, don't worry about losing weight, just worry about getting better for now. However, I'd track anything I do keep down to try to get enough calories. It's up to you though, since you're clearly not going to gain weight at the moment.

Perhaps you may consider taking multivitamin supplement, to get some vitamins and minerals?
