calorie intake during strength training

HI All,

I just start moderate 30 min strength training, how many calories should i be taking in to maintain weight loss?

5'4 160lbs female

    oops! ok im 28 and i run about 2-3 times a week and then do chalean extreme (weight train) for 40 mins every other day.. does that help?
