As my momma always says....that's nothing a little money won't fix.

these things happen. just work on building a bodacious bootie

I tend to lose the lil itty bitty bootie that I do have right at the beginning ;(... I have Boobs to spare so no issue there.

Mine are gone too. Before I lost weight I was a C cup. Now I'm an A cup. I honestly really dislike my breasts. I've considered surgery but don't want to feel un natural. I guess we have to deal! I just remind myself of the progress I've made and how proud I am of myself.

Boobs are just fat. Every woman who loses weight starts to lose boobs as well. No way to avoid that.

Not all boobs are just fat. There are breasts that are dense which means there is little fat there.

When I read your post I had to snap back because the same thing happened to me. When I started out I was a DDD cup, I knew it wasn't going to last but I measured myself yesterday and I was technically a 34AA cup. I am 5 pounds away from fitting into a 34C cup though and that is really small. I guess it is something that just happens.

Yep, mine were always large but after losing 100 pounds they were flat and deflated, however Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Push up helped alot, I know we don't have quite the same issue, but it may help. Also we can't choose where we lose weight, it is just what happens...good luck:)

Yeah, that happens a lot...especially with cardio exercise, I've heard. It's because of this reason that I decided to lose weight soley by dieting and no added exercise. Sure, it takes a lot longer to lose weight that way but I still got my boobs! :)

If you lose fat ANY way, you'll likely lose some boobs.

This is why almost every fitness model has implants. It's really difficult to be very lean but still keep fat where you want it. ;)

Exactly. I'll take my barely-there boobs and awesome butt with ripped muscles over fat stores in my chest.

I traded my "girls" for a healthier me and most likely extra years added to my life. And I'd do it again.

    Not true.

Breasts are made up "of a mixture or fibrous and glandular tissue and fatty tissue. Dense breast have a lot of fibrous or glandular tissue but not too much fat. 10% of women have almost entirely fatty breasts; 10% have extremely dense breasts and 80% are classified into one of two middle categories.” (from the American College of Radiology acr.org)

I lost weight but my breast stayed the same, and I am not the only one, as reported by many ladies in MFP.

If breasts were made of just fat, then a woman wouldn't be able to breast feed. Generic determines what kind of breast a woman has, and how much fat she will lose when losing weight.

I went from a 36H to a 32FF, have lost nearly 4 stone, and as I've been taking measurements as well I know I've lost 6.5" from my bust which is a huge amount for me! But this means I can now buy bras from regular high street shops for much cheapness instead of my specialist big-boobed expensive bra shop, so am a happy camper about that :-)

YUP. Bye-bye, boobies. I went from a smallish C to barely an A.

I was sort of irritated at first, but I make it a habit in life to not get my panties in a bunch over things I have no control over, and now I'm totally cool with it. It's actually really nice, I never wear a bra anymore, it's totally not needed. It opens up a whole new world of wardrobe possibilities, without having to worry about bra straps getting in the way. WIN.

    exactly!

    I want both. Forget that.

ive been to my goal weight before so I hopefully will repeat that pattern. I love my boobs and want butt, hips and boobs. Gotta have. I pray they stay full and do not get under a d. Will not be happy.

working on the behind and once that is accomplished ill be ecstatic!

boobs aren't exactly "just fat" although there is a lot of fatty tissue and they can become smaller when you lose weight...
