    My 6 year old daughter told me that my dad, who passed suddenly when she was 2, visited her in her dream to tell her she loves her and to tell daddy how proud he was of him.

    Being able to unload, haul, and stack 100 hay bales, 60 to 80 lbs. or so each, three rows high, and a few four rows up. Really nice to have hay in the barn!!

    I coach a Junior High team with only 4 7th and 8th grade boys. We have to borrow from the younger grades. I had a 4th and 5th grader (both who are outstanding students) lead us (in scoring) to a big win tonight. Really happy for them.

    i woke up miserable, then stuck to my calories but with pretty bad food.. still i was proud i really thought i wouldnt walk today or stay within my calories and i've done both

    A little mini pack of M&S Aberdeen Angus roast beef. 4 little slices of taste heaven and only 46 cals. At only just over £1 for the pack, it was a great snack I shall be buying again. Gorgeous.
