:wink: I am a newbie and have just begun my weight loss journey. I am cuurently losing weight which is good but have recently found I am beginning to be bored with my low carb choices. Seeking friendships for motivation and opinions on healthy food ideas. I will provide positive feedbck with your journey as well.

    Try eating all the foods, but in moderation. You will be happier.

    Hi Sassy. I just started on 12/26, myself. It's been amazing for me so far. I agree with eating everything in moderation. Using the calorie counter and watching the sugar and sodium intake has me down 6 lbs...and I'm very happy. Welcome!
